* **Quote Summaries:** You now have the option to summarize quotes by price book item (available specifically for checkup-related quotes).
* **Online Signature Controls:** A new company configuration option allows you to easily disable online signatures if they do not fit your workflow.
* **Technician Permissions:** Need to keep pricing private? You can now configure your company settings to hide prices from users with the Technician role.
* **Faster Load Times:** We’ve updated our image storage and retrieval strategy. You will notice faster preview and smaller PDF file sizes, especially on checkups that include a large number of images.

* Price Book Archiving: Keep your workspace clean by archiving old Price Books, removing them from active account assignment options without losing historical data.

#### 💳 Streamlined Subscription Management

To simplify your experience, we are transitioning to a consolidated billing strategy:

* Consolidated Invoicing: All billing cycles will now align on the 1st of the month for a single, easy-to-read company invoice.
* Uniform Terms: To ensure consistency across teams, all users on a single account must now share the same billing cycle (either all monthly or all annual renewals).
* Parent-Team Alignment: To maintain service continuity, the parent user’s subscription must remain active for team member subscriptions to stay active.

#### ⚖️ Terms of Service Update

We have updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

* New Users: Will be asked to acknowledge these terms upon sign-up.
* Existing Users: Starting February 25th, you will see a prompt to acknowledge or decline the new terms upon login.

> Note: Declining the new terms will result in the automatic cancellation of your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle.
