# Reports

### Understanding Reports and Dashboard Metrics

1. **Accessing Metrics**
   * Upon signing in, users are directed to the QuickActions dashboard.
   * A new section called "metrics" is available at the top for primary account users.
   * Team members do not have access to these metrics initially.
   * Users can choose to compare data for the current week, month, or year.
2. **Dashboard Metrics**
   * Metrics include:
     * Number of checkups finalized
     * Total quoted on finalized checkups
     * Number of new client accounts created
     * Number of new sites created
     * Number of new controllers and associated zones
     * Backflows data for a quick snapshot of business performance.
3. **Reports Section**
   * In the QuickActions options, users can access the reports page.
   * There are currently five different reports available:
     * Report based on quote items
     * Three checkup-based reports
     * Sites report.
4. **Quote Items Report**
   * Displays all quoted items in a table format.
   * Users can apply filters based on date range, account type, site, and more.
   * Option to download the report as a CSV file.
5. **Checkup Reports**
   * By Team Member: Shows checkup performance metrics per team member.
   * By Client: Provides insights into checkups per client.
   * Checkup Reason: Allows filtering based on checkup reasons.
6. **Sites Report**
   * Based on all sites created in the system.
   * Displays information on backflows, controllers, zones, and sensors for each site.
   * Offers insights into the services being provided through the account.
7. **Conclusion**
   * Users can benefit from these reports as they generate more data.
