# Getting set up

From the **Support->My Account Settings** page review and update each tab:

<summary>My Profile tab</summary>

* Update profile information:
  * Name, email, license number, subscription tier, subscription end date.
* Update company details:
  * Business name, address, phone number, email for reports, internal company email, logo, report footer text, quote disclaimer text.

<summary>Team Members tab</summary>

* Add additional team members to your account.
  * Team members can only perform checkups, no access to change Company settings
* Manage subscriptions for team members.

<details>

<summary>Report Templates tab</summary>

* Control what is presented in checkups for each checkup type.
* Checkup Fields relate to system-wide callouts and report settings
* Repair Fields relate to zone-specific callouts
* Make sure you click **'Update**' for each section to save selections
* Optionally rename or clone templates for different checkup types.

<summary>Price Books and Products tabs</summary>

* Add specific items in the Products tab.
  * Assign category and efficiency tag to make filtering easier when adding items to a quote.
* Edit price books to add products.
  * Price books can have different products and prices
  * After adding a product, set the price and whether to allow overrides
  * Overrides allow the user to change the price when adding to a quote.
* Instead of deleting an item from a price book, you have the option to deactive, which allows existing quotes to keep the item in the quote, but making the item unavailable to add to new quotes.

<summary>Custom Picklists tab</summary>

* Define different statuses for checkups, which can aid in understanding where a job is in related to your company's process (e.g., quote sent to customer).
* The labeling of a status as **'Completed'**, determines which page a checkup appears on (incomplete or completed).
* Drag status value to order how the status is presented when choosing a value during a checkup.
* Organize and define service reasons that align with your company's services.
* Edit, add, delete, or reorder values as needed.

* Use this tab to import your customer and site list in bulk using csv formatted files
* It is important to follow the instructions carefully to have a successful import
* Controller and Zone information can only be imported after the Client Account and Site has been created
