# Checkup Report Preview

1. From the Checkup Details page, click the <img src="/files/r9cGjepgakHi01Lh4t0E" alt="" data-size="line"> button to navigate to the Report Preview page.
2. Initially, the current live data for the checkup record is displayed.
   1. If a revision has already been created (because a share link or PDF was created) AND no changes have been made to the checkup, the latest revision will automatically be selected in the revision dropdown.
   2. If a revision has already been created (because a share link or PDF was created) BUT changes were made to the checkup afterwards, then you will see and empty revision dropdown with a notification that you are viewing the latest: ![](/files/vr9F1PmGJkITHMEOv35f)
3. Use the revision dropdown to select and view any previously saved revisions: ![](/files/W923ZGRbfx5Cop5RZs36)
4. Click the <img src="/files/4Sh9dRsRK5FjXBTBOqmY" alt="" data-size="line"> button to view the most recent/live version of the checkup.
5. Sharing Options:
   1. Download PDF: will generate a PDF file of the currently viewed revision.
   2. Copy Link: will create a secure share link that can be sent to anyone to view the currently viewed revision.
   3. Send to Office: will automatically email the company office and site production and account managers (if configured) a share link to the currently viewed revision<img src="/files/cfT6sPuLF9E0tjAtjcpL" alt="" data-size="original">
6. Edit Options:
   1. Edit Checkup: this navigate back to Checkup Detail page (live date)
   2. Change Report Config: opens menu to change configuration options for the report template.

      1. Only manager and admin level users can access this
      2. Only enabled for latest live version
      3. Only applies to specific checkup, does not change report template configuration

7. Click the <img src="/files/BNToW6CAUa4X2Ku5KrEQ" alt="" data-size="line"> button to open the signature capture window
   1. Use finger to draw signature
   2. Signator must enter name and email for tracking
   3. Signator can optionally select to have share link for signed document emailed to them
   4. The company office email and site production and account managers (if configured) recieve an email notification that the quote has been signed
   5. \*\* only enabled if the checkup has a quotes attached
8. Use the checkup status dropdown to update the status&#x20;

   1. Only available on the latest/live revision
   2. If viewing a previous revision, the status at the time the revision was created is displayed below the dropdown

9. Navigate to the related quote (if attached to checkup) usin the <img src="/files/VN0ZEZIcb3atDFc6jkWF" alt="" data-size="line"> button
