# Assign or Give Access to a Checkup

To assign a checkup or provide access to a team member:

1. From the 'Checkups - Incomplete' page, click on the transfer icon ![](/files/CBqmytzYF0vgWLBhPpV7)next to the checkup record you want to assign or give access to.
2. **Assignment:** Use the drop-down selections to choose a user to assign the record. If you are a team member level user, you will lose access to this checkup after clicking the 'Assign' button. It will be removed from your Incomplete list. Manager level users will not lose access as they always see all records.
3. **Access:** Use the drop-down selection to choose one or more user(s) to provide access to the checkup. This allows those users to open and edit the checkup from thier own Incomplete checkups list. These users cannot re-assign or give access to other users and cannot delete any information they themselves did not create. \*\*Manager level users do not need access given, they can always access any checkup record.
