# Primary Subscription

### Managing Your Subscription on [IrrigationCheckups.com](http://irrigationcheckups.com/)

#### 1. Accessing Your Account

* Navigate to the home page of IrrigationCheckups.com.
* Click on the **Support** option in the navigation bar.
* Select **My Account** from the dropdown menu.

#### 2. Reviewing Your Subscription Details

* On the **My Account** page, go to the **My Profile** tab.
* View your user details, including:
  * Current subscription type
  * Subscription renewal date

#### 3. Managing Billing Information

* Click on the **Manage Billing Details** button.
  * This will redirect you to the **Stripe billing portal**.
  * Update your payment type (credit card or ACH).

#### 4. Pausing Your Subscription

* Click on the **Pause Subscription** button.
  * Note: If you have team member subscriptions, you cannot pause your primary subscription.
  * If you have a single subscription, you can pause it for up to **four consecutive months** (for monthly subscriptions).
* Select the desired pause end date after clicking the pause button.
* Confirm by clicking the **Pause** button.
* You will retain access to the app until your current subscription renewal date, after which access will be suspended until the pause period ends.

#### 5. Changing Your Password

* Use the option provided to change your account password.

#### 6. Cancelling Your Subscription

* Click on the **Cancel Subscription** button to stop any future renewals of your current subscription.
