### Customizing Report Footer Text Functionality

1. **Introduction**
   * Demonstrating new functionality to customize a text area at the bottom of a report, known as a report footer.
2. **Accessing the Feature**
   * Log in to the platform and navigate to My Account.
   * Under the My Profile tab, scroll down to Company Details.
   * Locate the Report Footer Text section at the very bottom.
3. **Editing the Report Footer Text**
   * Utilize the text editor provided to input text.
   * Format the text and add links as needed.
   * Click on Update Company Details to save the changes.
4. **Implementing the Customized Text**
   * Choose a report to edit, such as one under the Incomplete section.
   * Edit the report and finalize it.
   * Upon reviewing the checkup report, the customized text will be visible at the bottom.
5. **Examples of Usage**
   * Example provided: Texas mandated irrigation disclosure with TCEQ address and website.
   * The text can include any information, such as business details, and will appear on all report types and quotes.
6. **Final Note**
   * Emphasize that the customized text will be present on all report types and quotes, providing flexibility for various uses.
