# Linking Products to Repair Callouts

### Linking Products to Repair Callouts: A Step-by-Step Guide

#### 1. Accessing the My Account Page

* Start from the dashboard or home page.
* Navigate to **Support**.
* Click on **My Account**.

#### 2. Selecting a Report Template

* Go to the **Report Templates** tab.
* Choose the template you wish to configure.

#### 3. Navigating to Repair Callout Fields

* Open the template and locate a repair callout field (e.g., **Overspray**).

#### 4. Adding Products to Repair Callouts

* Click the **Add** button at the bottom right of the repair callout edit screen.
* A product listing will appear; use the category filter to find specific products.
* For example, filter by **Labor** and select the desired labor product listing.
* Click **Continue**.

#### 5. Configuring Quantity for Repair Callouts

* After adding the product, specify the quantity that will be used each time the repair callout is checked during a checkup.
* For checkbox fields, this quantity will be added to the repair quote each time the callout is checked.
* For number input fields, the quantity will multiply by the number entered in the repair callout.

#### 6. Setting Priority Repair option

* If the quote items related to the repair call out should be identified as a priority, check the checkbox for 'Priority Repair'. An exclamation point icon will be added to each quote line item denoting the priority status.

#### 7. Saving the Configuration

* Click **Update** to save the configuration.
* You can add multiple products for each callout if needed.
* The configuration will be saved to the report template for future checkups using this template.

#### 8. Understanding Price Book Associations

* Each checkup is linked to a client with a specific price book.
* If a repair callout has a default product linked and the client’s price book includes this product, it will be automatically added.
* If the client’s unique price book does not include the linked product, it will not be added.
* This system allows for different pricing across commercial and residential price books using the same products.
