#### Key Steps

1. Log in to the account.
2. Access the account settings:
   * Use the quick action to go to "My Account Settings" OR
   * Click on "Support" in the top navigation bar, then select "My Account."
3. Navigate to the "Custom Picklists" tab.
4. Customize the picklists:
   * Check that there is at least one value for each picklist.
   * Avoid deleting all values without adding at least one.
   * Note that renaming a picklist value will only update existing values.
5. Customize the "Checkup Status" picklist:
   * Add a new value by clicking the button below the checkbox list.
   * Edit the default name to a specific status.
   * Mark the status as "completed" if it represents a completed status.
   * Save the changes.
6. Customize the "Service Reason" picklist:
   * Delete irrelevant reasons.
   * Add new reasons and rename them as needed.
7. Reorder the values by dragging them to set the order they appear in the drop-down list.
8. Ensure the most commonly used values are positioned at the top for easy access.
9. Understand that the first value in each picklist is the default for new entries.

#### Cautionary Notes

* Do not delete all values in a picklist without adding at least one new value.
* Renaming a picklist value will only update existing values, not new entries.
* Ensure the correct status is marked as "completed" to reflect accurately on the completed checkup page.
* Consider the relevance of each value in the picklists to avoid cluttering with unnecessary options.

#### Tips for Efficiency

* Regularly review and update the picklists to reflect current business needs.
* Prioritize commonly used values by positioning them at the top of the list.
* Use descriptive names for picklist values to ensure clarity for all team members.
* Test the picklists after customization to ensure they function as intended.
* Consider future customizations for other drop-down picklists in the account settings to enhance efficiency.
