# Site Detail

1. Site related information.
   1. Internal Contacts: emails for account manager and production manager employees of your company that will be automatically cc'd when emailing the checkup report PDF or quote PDF
   2. Site Notes: these are internal notes available to users and are not shown on PDF reports
2. Related Information tabs:
   1. Assets: listings of assets on property (pumps, backflows, controllers, zones)
   2. Checkups: listing of all checkup records created for site
   3. Quotes: listing of all quotes created for site
3. \+ Assets button can be used to add new assets to the property
4. Controller options:
   1. Show historical programming records captured during previous checkups
   2. Add a new zone to the controller. You will be asked to choose the assigned zone number, which will include any zone number not already assigned.
   3. Button to download csv of zone information: <img src="/files/zj25evomXD4nLcN1JQBT" alt="" data-size="line">
5. Edit site detail information. Note: only account owner and user that created site can delete the site.

Additional page features:

* &#x20;'Add Controller' button allows you to add a controller to the site and enter in detailed information, geotag the location, and take pictures for future reference.
* This button <img src="/files/w9b2F6pxGr8kEoFuntKQ" alt="" data-size="line"> displays any images saved for the asset (both backflows and controllers).
* The map icon <img src="/files/zSFep8prJYjhMI2J3NXt" alt="" data-size="line"> will display the location of the related backflow/controller/zone valve when clicked.
