1. Use the filter option button,<img src="/files/68KctnjFxVUtfu8kJlrD" alt="" data-size="line"> , to open the filter modal and narrow the list of checkups.
   1. Use the Clear Filters button to reset the filters: <img src="/files/8p1CTwODtq6CPUT4ZhTG" alt="" data-size="line">
   2. Click the table column header to sort the data. Click again to change sort order. Save the sort setting using the save button: <img src="/files/3NxOJrfEklJ8IvKOtNEM" alt="" data-size="line">
2. The 'Show Map' button will show a map of all incomplete checkup site locations from the table. Filtering the table will also filter the map.
3. Click the ![](/files/pPyEFLEoWWPXW2eO6BgH) button on a checkup record to reassign the checkup to another team member OR provide access to a team member to work on the same checkup together. (Only shown if your company has more than one user subscription.)
4. Use the Options buttons to:&#x20;
   1. Go to report PDF: <img src="/files/pnTutZQF9k4NDzN1X0RQ" alt="" data-size="line">
   2. Edit the checkup: <img src="/files/AbIWsDT3t1UXhvlbuYuS" alt="" data-size="line">
   3. Clone the checkup: <img src="/files/IRVPP32TIhfJ3oLwQxFp" alt="" data-size="line">
   4. Delete the checkup: <img src="/files/YUq55hM7D8ohOgcEM3kk" alt="" data-size="line"> (Only the user that is assigned the checkup or the company parent user can delete a checkup.)
5. Use the information icon,<img src="/files/cuesR1Qjm34lOgreB9Ew" alt="" data-size="line"> , to see the address and additional site information.
